Return the caller and current organization

Reads the session cookie or Authorization: Bearer API key. A session uses activeOrganizationId when the caller is a member of that organization. Otherwise the organization is the caller’s only membership, or null when they have none or more than one. An API key has no active organization and uses the sole-membership rule. A present Authorization header that is not a valid key does not fall back to the session cookie. x-api-key does not authenticate.
